B&B POP UP PICNIC
The Bottle & Bean Pop Up Picnic is simple and sophisticated, whether you're enjoying your weekly date night or celebrating an upcoming wedding or baby shower, we bring everything you need for your celebration.
All picnics include our signature charcuterie grazing board, Sparkling Water + the decor + design. We also include Lanterns, candles, low seating, fresh flowers + sign for table or next to table, + place settings for each guest.
We have four themes to choose from. You can also add on services for a fee. Ex: Professional photographer, wine or champagne from our wine shop (corkage fee applies), beer, special food items in addition to or in place of our grazing board. See add on menu items below.

*Need to get with chef to decide which food items we should add to picnic option from our menu. We should also include a list of wine assortments from our wine menu instead of listing all of them.
HOW IT WORKS
The online form, below, allows you to choose the number of guests and date.
24-48 hours after booking, we send a confirmation email details and one of our event planners will be in contact with you to go over any questions that you may have or any details that you can provide.
Day-Of: We have the picnic ready at your reservation time (no early or late arrivals please, we do not want to blow the surprise).
Day-Of: Your picnic tech will leave during your picnic and will check in once during the picnic or as needed depending on your special add on requests. This is meant to be a private picnic experience and we will limit the disruptions as much as possible. The picnic experience is to be self-serving.
We will send you a confirmation email 24-48 hours after booking with more details and one of our event planners will be in contact with you to go over any questions that you may have or any details that you can provide.
