Caymus Conundrum White
An Appealing blend of Viognier, Muscat, Sauvignon Blanc, and Chardonnay. This versatile white with gorgeous aromas of apricot, honeysuckle, and lime zest – great with Asian cuisine.
Austin Hope Cabernet
This Paso Robles cab will make you stop and think, do I really have to spend all that dough for a Napa cabernet? Short answer NO! Fresh black cherry, smoky tobacco, and dried spices.
Silver Oak Cabernet
Highly respected and popular Alexander Valley
Cabernet – soft, coconut nuances from the American oak – I describe it as graceful, flowing, seamless – the texture is what Silver Oak is all about.
Our house cabernet – in typical Bogle fashion – it
overdelivers – the perfect everyday cabernet –
toasted coconut, and spicy oak flavor.
Caymus Cabernet (1 litter bottle)
A steal of a price& you get an extra 1/3 of a bottle
because it is the rare 1-liter size – we won’t have it for too long – their signature style is dark color, rich fruit, and velvety, ripe tannins.
Quilt Reserve Cabernet Napa
Joe Wagner’s flagship cabernet – lush aromas of intense eucalyptus and dark cherry – you don’t have to search around the glass for flavors in this baby – they will jump out at you – elegant, graceful, velvet finish.
Created by Chuck Wagner of Caymus, great balance, medium weight, fruit forward – as they say, “Speaks to the day-to-day pleasure of drinking a nice Cabernet.” – could this be a poor man’s Caymus? Maybe?
A Bogle winery product that again in typical fashion
“over delivers in a big way” impressive package –
opulent black fruit flavors, with fierce flavors of
cassis & cocoa. Super popular at all Downtown
Made by Joe Wagner of Belle Glos, son of Caymus’ Chuck Wagner – a seamless blend of blackberry, hazelnut, and toasted oak – soft on the palette – ready to drink.
Total Wine $42.97.
This approachable Cabernet heralds from the
Columbia Valley in Washington – made by Ste.
Michelle to be the everyday cabernet – this is easy drinking, soft and smooth.
Sonoma Cutrer Russian River Chardonnay
Sonoma Cutrer produces far more “Sonoma Coast” chardonnay that you see in the stores – this more classy “Russian River Ranches” a little more expensive version – truly delicious, hard to find chard for retail.
Hartford Court Chardonnay
This Russian River Chard is precise focused and fresh offering elegant aromatics such as jasmine, flower, citrus & pear.
ZD Chardonnay Napa
Nicknamed the “Zero Defects” chardonnay – barrel fermented, full-bodied, balanced, a full throttle, bold flavored wine.
Red Schooner Malbec
This Caymus Malbec is grown in the Andes
Mountains, shipped chilled to Napa Valley, and
produced using the same techniques in making Caymus Cabernet. Deep purple color – full bodied, soft, rich tannins, and finishes with lingering fruit and black pepper.
Rich, bold, and delicious flavors of cherries, smoke,
and fig. It has got a lot of fruit and depth. It’s no
wonder that it is made by the Wagner family of
This Bordeaux inspired Merlot is rich with aroma and flavor of black & red fruit - small but distinct hints of herbal character adds another layer of complexity. Enjoy this with food! 92pts James Suckling.
Our house “sweet” wine, intense and fruity aroma of acaia flower, citrus peel – sweet & fresh, this is the grape used in making Asti Spumante
Patz & Hall Pinot Noir
A perennial favorite here in Downtown Ocotillo –
This Sonoma Coast Pinot is what we call a
“charming” pinot – medium bodied, savory, & soft
Belle Glos Pinot Noir
The Dairyman Vineyard from the Russian River Valley has a deep ruby color, with aromas of red and black cherry – very opulent 92 pts Wine Spectator.
Meiomi Pinot Noir
The most popular Pinot in all of America – why? We believe it’s their consistency of the fruit – it’s like the mailman, this wine always delivers.
Elouan Pinot Noir
This popular Oregon Pinot is light to medium bodied,
more “high toned” than the typical California Pinot
– we call this the Meiomi style pinot of Oregon.
Hahn Pinot Noir
Our “house Pinot Noir” this Monterey based wine is a surprising quality driven Pinot at a bargain price – there’s a saying in the wine biz, ”great, cheap Pinot doesn’t exist” – Hahn gets pretty darn close
Santa Cristina Pinot Grigio
Our house Pinot Grigio, made by the Antinori family – we recently tasted 30 + Pinot Grigios’ and it scored in the top 5 – it also happened to be the least expensive of all 30!
Jermann Pinot Grigio
Pinot Grigio is one of the worlds noble grapes,
unfortunately it has earned an undeserving
reputation as a “cheap” wine. This stunning full,
racy Pinot from the cold climate of Friuli Italy
breaks all those misconceptions.
91 pts Wine Spectator
What a great package! Looks like it came from
Tiffany’s! We call this The poor man’s Champagne” This nickname is a true compliment! Crisp, fragrant, with notes of apple, peach, and pear.
Kung Fu Girl Riesling
Made by Charles Smith of Washington state – this
popular, affordable Riesling is off-dry (not overly sweet) uber aromatic with notes of white peach, and honey suckle.
8 Years in the Desert Red
Made by Orin Swift as an answer to The Prisoner,
they knocked it out of the park –superb length, ripe and generous.
Justin Isoceles Red
Another superb Cabernet blend from Paso Robles – It just shows why this area is such a great place to grow Cabernet – savory, oaky.
Technically, a Zinfandel based red (kind of a secret) This incredibly popular bold, ripe, with black cherry flavor, laced with espresso, and toasted oak.
Poema Cava Rose
We believe Spanish Cava is one of the worlds great wine bargains, this Rose offers fresh strawberry and boysenberry with hints of rose petal & lavender – 91 pts Wine & Spirits
Belle Glos Rosè
A fascinatingly fragrant Rosè – with aromas of
strawberry, cherry, and a hint of mint – beautiful color, this wine is made of the Pinot Noir grapes grown intentionally to make Rosé – not an afterthought like we see many times in the marketplace.
We feel this Rosè from Oregon is a tremendous value! Salmon pink in color (isn’t that perfect for Oregon) – aromas of peach, and sweet raspberry – with a lively palette that almost “dances” on your tongue.
Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc
A fresh, juicy, classic Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc – with flavors of dried herb and grapefruit – a little more weight than typical Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand.
91 pts Wilfred Wong.
Oyster Bay Sauvignon Blanc
Classic New Zealand flavors of bright citrus, tropical fruits, with a zesty finish. - 90 pts James Suckling – buy this by the case!
Craggy Range Sauvignon Blanc
The majority of NZ Sauvignon Blanc hails from
South island’s Marlborough - this wine is grown in
Martin borough from the North island –it has a slightly different flavor profile of guava, lemon, and juniper berry – we love this Sauvignon! 92 pts James Suckling.
Ferrari-Carano Fume Blanc
Wonderful flavors of pineapple, mango, and lychee – bright acidity but if you enjoy a touch of oak on your Sauvignon this is it! (Note: Sauvignon and Fume are interchangeable) Also, this is a great winery to visit in Sonoma
Santa Cristina Tuscan Blend
The perfect blend of 60% Sangiovese and 40%
Cabernet, this Tuscan blend has scents of raspberry, black cherry and spice. Great for Chianti lovers.
